Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VapeHeatLab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years old to use VapeHeatLab. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials with others. One account per person.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (heat profiles, lab notes, etc.). By sharing content publicly, you grant VapeHeatLab a non-exclusive license to display that content within the service and on the website.

5. Community Guidelines

When contributing to the community, you agree to:

  • Share accurate, honest information about your experiences
  • Not submit spam, misleading, or abusive content
  • Respect other users and their contributions
  • Not manipulate ratings or engagement metrics
  • Not use the platform for commercial promotion without permission

Violations may result in warnings or account suspension. Four warnings result in an automatic ban.

6. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective platform.

7. Disclaimer & No Warranty

VapeHeatLab provides information shared by community members. We do not guarantee the accuracy of heat profiles, device specs, or session recommendations. Always start with lower temperatures and increase gradually. Use at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VAPEHEATLAB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM VAPEHEATLAB SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VAPEHEATLAB, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
  • Loss, corruption, or unavailability of any user data, including but not limited to lab notes, heat profiles, session logs, device information, or account settings, whether caused by hardware failure, software errors, server outages, database corruption, third-party service disruptions, or any other cause
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other errors in the service
  • Any content or conduct of any third party on the service
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or discontinuation of any feature

IN NO EVENT SHALL VAPEHEATLAB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO VAPEHEATLAB IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Data Loss & Backups

VapeHeatLab is not responsible for the preservation or backup of any user data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that data will not be lost, corrupted, or become inaccessible due to hardware failures, software glitches, security breaches, service migrations, third-party provider outages, or other technical issues.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you consider important. VapeHeatLab shall have no liability for any loss of or damage to your data, regardless of the cause.

10. Service Modification & Termination

VapeHeatLab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (including features, pricing, and functionality) at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the service without notice or liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms, is harmful to other users or the service, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to provide you with a copy of your data upon termination, though we may do so at our discretion.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VapeHeatLab, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Any content you submit, post, or share through the service

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VapeHeatLab operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email. Your continued use of VapeHeatLab after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
